1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "the customer") and Nueagain Commerce ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of nueagain.co.uk and any related media channels or web properties (collectively, the "Site").
Nueagain is a sole proprietorship based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Product Representation & Sales
Nueagain specialises in new, archived, pre-owned, and professionally restored goods including technology, hardware, clothing, and collectables.
Accuracy of Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate colours, features, specifications, and condition details for all products listed on the Site. However, electronic displays may vary and we cannot guarantee pixel-perfect colour accuracy. Where a discrepancy exists between a photograph and written description, the written condition report takes precedence.
Individual Assessment
All items are sold on an individual basis. Photographs on each listing are of the actual item you will receive unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not use stock photography.
Clothing & Garments
All clothing listings include hand-measured dimensions and condition notes. Sizing labels are provided for reference only — we recommend using the measurements supplied rather than the label size when assessing fit.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. As many items are unique or non-repeatable, once sold they are gone. We reserve the right to discontinue or withdraw any listing at any time.
3. Purchasing & Financial Terms
All transactions on this Site are processed in GBP (£) and are subject to UK consumer law.
Payment
We accept payments via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and billing information for all transactions. All card payments are subject to a 1.5% card processing fee displayed transparently at checkout.
Pricing
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing payment.
Order Confirmation
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs at the point of dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Packaging
All orders are dispatched from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Full details of delivery timescales, carriers, and regional constraints are set out in our Shipping Policy.

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we use repurposed and recycled packaging materials wherever possible. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that whilst internal protection meets professional standards, outer packaging may be reused. Please do not judge the condition of your item by the box it arrives in.
Dispatch Timeframes
As a private single-operator enterprise, dispatch times may occasionally vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International Orders
We primarily serve the United Kingdom. For any international enquiries, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your local authority.

14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Restored & Pre-Owned Items
For restored items, any attempt by the customer to open, modify, or repair the item voids our internal quality assurance and may affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before taking any action.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality taking into account the nature, age, and condition disclosed at the time of sale.
