All orders are dispatched from our base in Belfast, Northern Ireland — giving us straightforward access to the full UK mainland and island network via standard Royal Mail and courier services. Every item we send is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Dispatch Timeframe
We are a single-operator business. Every order is personally packed and dispatched by us — no warehouses, no third-party fulfilment centres.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order has left us.
📅 Business Days
We operate Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on UK public holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Delivery Options & Timescales
We use Royal Mail and reputable courier partners depending on item size, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery timescales from dispatch are as follows.

2–3 business days. Used for smaller, lighter items. Fully tracked with delivery confirmation.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
1–2 business days. Used where faster delivery is appropriate for the item.
Courier — Standard
2–3 business days. Used for larger, heavier, or more fragile items requiring additional handling care.
Courier — Next Day
Next business day delivery where available. Available on selected items — contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility.
Shipping Rates
A flat rate shipping charge of £4.95 applies to all orders regardless of size or weight. This is automatically applied at checkout. There are no hidden charges or fuel surcharges added at any stage.
Tracking Your Order
Every item dispatched from Nueagain is sent on a fully tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking reference and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.

Wherever possible, your order will be dispatched in a repurposed or recycled box. This is intentional. Reusing quality packaging materials reduces waste without any compromise to the protection of your item.
🔒 Secure Packing Standard
Every item is packed to a professional standard regardless of packaging origin. Fragile or sensitive items receive appropriate internal protection — foam, bubble wrap, or void fill — before dispatch. If an item requires specialist packaging due to its size, weight, or fragility, we will always prioritise protection over appearance.
Please do not judge the condition of your item by the box it arrives in — the contents are always our priority.
Northern Ireland to UK Mainland
Dispatching from Belfast gives us reliable and cost-effective access to the full UK network. Delivery timescales to Great Britain are consistent with those listed above and there are no additional cross-channel surcharges applied to standard orders.
Scotland, Highlands & Islands
We serve all Scottish mainland postcodes on standard timescales. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, and other offshore islands may require additional transit time of 1–3 business days and may incur a courier surcharge for larger items. Please contact us before ordering if your postcode falls within a remote area and we will confirm availability and any applicable costs.
Northern Ireland Local
Local customers in Northern Ireland typically receive their orders within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or same-day courier where available.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
We can ship to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Please note that these destinations are outside UK VAT territory. Delivery timescales are typically 3–5 business days. Contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping costs.
Collection — Vintage & Large Items
Certain items in our catalogue — particularly larger vintage hardware, industrial equipment, or fragile collectables — are listed as collection only. This is clearly indicated on the individual product listing.
📍 Collection Hub — Belfast Central
Collection is available from our Belfast Central location by prior arrangement. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a convenient collection time. We will confirm the exact address privately upon arrangement.
Why Collection Only?
Some vintage and industrial items are simply too large, too fragile, or too valuable to ship safely without specialist freight arrangements. Rather than compromise on packaging or inflate costs with specialist couriers, we offer local collection as the most practical and honest solution.
Freight & Specialist Courier
If you are located outside Belfast and wish to arrange collection of a collection-only item via a specialist freight or pallet courier, we are happy to assist. Please contact us to discuss and we will work with you to facilitate this.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Royal Mail
Royal Mail will make one delivery attempt. If you are not available, a card will be left and your item held at your local delivery office for collection. Items are typically held for 18 days before being returned to us.
Courier
Courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts before leaving a card or returning the item. Most couriers offer re-delivery booking via their tracking portal.
Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. A second shipping charge may apply.
Damaged in Transit
Despite our best efforts with packaging, transit damage can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged please do the following.
1. Photograph Everything
Before opening or handling the item further, photograph the outer packaging and the item itself clearly showing the damage.
2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Email [email protected] with your order number and photographs. We will initiate a resolution promptly and in good faith.
3. Do Not Dispose of Packaging
Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved as it may be required for a carrier claim.
